Erin Brown was my sons kindergarten teacher. As the year progressed she and I became friends and I was so excited when she texted me to tell me that She and Chris were FINALLY pregnant. It had been a tough journey for them and I was over the moon! The year went fast as life seems to go these days… and on July first – my birthday – Kinsey Leigh was born. I went to the hospital the first day and was blown away by how beautiful she was…. as you will be too.
With every photo shoot- I try and come up with something to set it apart from the other shoots. What I have come to realize is that some of the best props end up being something that I can not buy – To me a photo isn’t about being a perfect pose, perfect location, perfect outfit. or that perfect prop. It is how the photo makes you feel. If you have a shoot booked with me – don’t forget to let your child bring their favorite toy. Down the road – that Is what you want to be reminded of when you look back on your photos…that bear, that blankey that your child could not live without.
