While I was in NY – I had the opportunity to spend some time with the Baer Family. I have known Laura for years – but we have a hard time getting together. Thankfully – the stars aligned. She was on Maternity leave while I was in town visiting my family. We did our shoot on the last day of our vacation. She chose to shoot in her little quaint town of Port Washington, NY. I don’t normally shoot in locations that I haven’t scouted before – Obsessed with great light – I was a little nervous as there was very little open shade… I ended up pushing the shoot to 30 minutes later then we originally planned and I love what we were able to capture.
